My Top 5 Caribbean Getaways for the Winter.

Every state in the United States has just seen — or is presently experiencing — temperatures below freezing as I write this. In addition, much of the Northern Hemisphere is beginning to see snow, ice, and frigid temperatures.
However, there is one spot on the planet where the skies are blue, the water is green (and crystal-clear), and the temperatures are enough enough to warm both the body and the soul. Here are my top 05 Caribbean vacation spots! For sale property

5) REGENT PALMS, TURKS AND CAICOS — Regent Palms Turks and Caicos has 72 oceanfront rooms with magnificent views of Grace Bay Beach. Each of the 72 suites has a travertine balcony or terrace, as well as about 1,500 square feet of space.
High-end shopping, an infinity pool with swim-up bar, the award-winning Parallel 23 restaurant, a croquet lawn, tennis facilities, and complimentary water sports on white-sand beaches are all available on the property. After a long day at the beach, do you need to unwind your hurting muscles? It’s possible to do it at an award-winning spa. In fact, during the 2012 World Travel Awards, this resort was crowned the Leading Spa Resort in the World.

№4) BELIZE’S HAMANASI ADVENTURE & DIVE RESORT — The Hamanasi Adventure & Dive Resort is located in a remote part of Belize that has yet to be discovered by swarms of tourists. Spend your Caribbean vacation in one of the luxury tree houses or the tranquil beach rooms. Dive the colorful reefs of Belize, hike through the rain forest, or climb the pyramids once ascended by the ancient Maya. You may also go on a romantic hike to Mayflower Waterfall or an exhilarating kayaking adventure through the rainforest on a river. However, you’ll find diverse habitats filled with species wherever you go.

№3) PARADISE ISLAND, THE BAHAMAS — ONE AND ONLY OCEAN CLUB Huntington Hartford II, an heir to A&P, used to own this property. Today, it is home to the stunning Versailles Gardens, which feature 12th-century Augustinian cloisters and tiered steps leading down to ocean-view dining and the Bahamas’ greatest beach, according to some. Diving, snorkeling, sailing, and wind-surfing are among the activities available, as are tennis, a fitness facility, the One&Only Spa, a KidsOnly club, and a variety of outside excursions. Golfers will want to play the Ocean Club Golf Course Bahamas, which was designed by Tom Weiskopf. The 7,100-yard course on Paradise Island’s peninsula features difficult crosswinds that will make you work for your birdies. Following that, dine on Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s renowned cuisine.

№2) ST. LUCIA’S JADE MOUNTAIN — This resort is located in the historic old town of Soufriere, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is flanked by the Piton Range’s sharply protruding peaks. It does, however, provide a modern range of sports, such as jungle biking, scuba diving, kayaking, zip-lining, and excursions to the adjacent rainforest. With design that respects Saint Lucia’s natural beauty, Jade Mountain rises majestically over an exclusive 600-acre coastal estate. Its own infinity pools, which overlook the Caribbean Sea and are framed by the towering Pitons, reflect that natural beauty. Only the rare perfume of the spices in the air at Jade Mountain is fresher than the air.

№1) BARCELO BAVARO BEACH RESORT, PUNTA CANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC — Barceló Bávaro is located on a half-mile stretch of pristine beach. It’s actually made up of two different resorts, one for families (Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe Resort) and the other for adults exclusively (Barcelo Bavaro Beach Resort), so you may choose which one you want. This is an all-inclusive luxury resort. The stunning theater, as well as trendy nightclubs and a casino, offer Las Vegas-style entertainment. On the P.B. Dye-designed course, you’ll have to direct your shots over or around 25 lakes to play championship golf. For the younger crowd, there’s the Barcy Kids Club. The Pirates Island Water Park offers slides, splash pools, surfing, and a pirate ship ride. There’s a real rum/cigar lounge where you may sample the best of both in the Dominican Republic. There’s fantastic tennis and more watersports than you could ever fit into a single vacation. Then there’s the luxury Barceló U-Spa, where you can work out the kinks in twenty treatment rooms, relaxing therapy pools, or yoga courses when you’ve had your fill of them (or on the state-of-the-art fitness equipment).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION!!!! I’m in the “giving” mood because it’s the holiday season. So here’s another wonderful Caribbean vacation spot!

ST. BARTS HOTEL LE TOINY — 15 pastel-colored Villa Suites at Hotel Le Toiny represent the island’s French Colonial character. This boutique getaway situated on 38 acres on the island’s southern side, with each apartment featuring a kitchenette, spacious terrace, and private heated swimming pool, and each apartment overlooking an island lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. The meals at Restaurant Le Gaac, which feature unique blends of Classic French and tropical flavors, add to the French ambiance. You may work off the calories at the Serenity Spa or the new fitness facility. Le Toiny attracts a discerning clientele who prefer isolation above sensationalism and value the Continental touches. Furthermore, the Continental touches are unavoidable. St. Barts, which is only nine square miles in size, was founded in the 1600s by people from Normandy and Brittany, France. It still has an uniquely French character today, but it is inspired by Caribbean cuisine, colors, architecture, and a casual, laid-back attitude. The design of Hôtel Le Toiny reflects the early plantation buildings prevalent throughout the French Caribbean, in line with these island traditions.

Those are my top picks for winter Caribbean vacations. So, how about you? Let us know what you think!
